First Cycle in 6 years

Hello Guys, its been a while since ive been on here. I have 2 cycles under my belt which i did when i was 23/24. im almost 30 now and cosidering a small cycle now.
Goals: improve muscle quality and recovery.
Current stats: 6 ft 195 lbs BF 14%
Im in pretty good shape but i feel recovery is much slower nowadays and im having a hard time keeping that hard look without loosing weight. My goal is to simply look and feel better at about this same weight.

My question is what type of cycle to do, i want something simple and not harsh on the body. Also i only have access to the following pharm grade:
sustanon
deca
proviron
arimidex
nolva
clomid
hcg

I have access to all other stuff but its underground and i prefer to stick with pharm grade.

I was thinking of simply running 10-12 weeks of 500mg/wk sustanon with arimidex or maybe proviron. Of course hcg in there and pct following the cycle.

Any advice would be great.

Also arimidex at 0.5mg EOD for 500mg test is good right?

I'm also about to start my first cycle in 5 years after a poorly planned an executed first cycle, and even have access to the same list of compounds as that.
I'm planning 0.7ml eod to give me 612mg of sust a week, standard AI and PCT.
Im just finishing an accutane course, so hopefully that, combined with actually using an AI this time will keep the acne in check (im extremely prone).

Spot on as usual. No need or use for proviron . Since its been a while for you, there may be some things that's changed from the norm (good things). As Doc mentioned, hcg is a must, and in my mind, equally as important as an AI. Hcg wasn't as well known 6 years ago. Also, cialis is a good addition to any cycle for a host of other things other than ED issues. And even though sustanon is test and would be perfectly fine, I dislike it due to it being blends of different ester test. I prefer a single ester so that it is fluid.

quick question. I got my hands on hcg , but cant seem to find ba water and currently where im living ordering online is not an option. So, can i simply mix the hcg ampules and use the slin pins to pre dose it for 250 iu and keep them in the fridge. i have to idea if this is doable or not. any input??

What you received is a saline solaution and it is for one time use. You need bac water for long term storage.

bac water is insanely cheap. u can only get it online though
