Soreness after injecting

Im on 250mg of test e twice a week and inject in the delts, soemtimes I get pain and swelling for a few days and sometimes I don't. I am pretty clean, always swab the bottle and injection area thoroughly with alcohol, inject slowly, and massage after injection, and rotate between left and right delt each time I inject.....what gives?

Yeah it's just part of the game most the time I get no pip and sometimes it can be crippling for a day or two

Since you only experience the pain on occasion you are lucky that you can eliminate it being the gear. I have had such horrible gear before that it hurt for days afterwards. But like Bio-Active said, it is just part of the game.

Have you tried warming up the oil yet? Granted I'm still new at this myself, but from day one I've been warming up the vial with a heating pad on high for 15 minuets before injecting. The pip is always either a zero or 1 on the pain scale. And I'm also doing 250mg of Test E. Injecting with a 25g needle (drawing with a larger needle).

the bigger the air bubble the more pip that lasts for a few days
