    Test to E2 ratio imbalances

So after my first cycle I did blood work and my E2 was 52 (normal is 35). I didn't use an AI whichh was a mistake ill never make again.

Now I have all this estrogen related fat deposits in areas i never had fat before. Places women get fat, in their belly and chest... no fat in other places like my arms/legs it's obvious it's estrogen related fat.

How do I fix this problem?? I feel like my test/estrogen ratio is all fucked up after the cycle, and no amount of diet and exercise is touching this "estrogen fat" on my chest..

I want to see an endochronologist, what should I tell him to get him to help me? Are there certain ones i can find? I don't want this going down in my permanent medical record so I'd be willing to pay cash for an endo.

Is there anything I can do myself?

Should I run tests and post them here and ask for advice?

I went from loving life and looking my best to. hating my body... Can someone help a guy out?

Sorry to hear this man. Unfortunately, another example of pct importance. Start some daily natural supps like nettles and passionflower and see your GP. Your health is more important than a meaningless mark in a chart note.

    -Yes, post the blood work.*
-PCT is not related to high estrogen. Running another wont help.
    -Is your estrogen still high?*
-If you have bad gyno you'll need to see a plastic surgeon and, unfortunately, it's very hard to get insurance to cover that. A gynecologist will tell you to loose weight before the surgery. Start weight loss now.
-If a knowledgeable member doesn't reply, get new blood work and repost.

Having and e2 reading of 52 isn't bad.

Anything 60 or under is fine mid or post cycle as long as you feel normal.

Labs are always good to pull as they let you know exactly what's going on internally.

If you have private labs done you can circumvent seeing a physician.

Well I do a normal PCT cycle but my cousin had me doing stupid amounts of HCG ... could that be the culprit?

Anyway i seem to have fat behind my right nipple , kinda sucks to have fat there. I feel like after the cycle started test started aromatizing and I started rapidly gaining fat and it's been that way ever since.

Ill have to post my labs here, what should I get checked??

I also read some people suggesting letroxole... any info on that?

    Or using tamoxifen /nolva???

What should I be doing here? Bringing my E2 back down to normal?

Some people said that reducing estrogen kills breast tissue or something. It's not much fat but it's bothering the shit outta me.

MEN tend to carry more fat in their stomachs and chest.
WOMEN tend to carry more fat in their legs and hips.

Don't start taking any drugs before you get the results of your labs.

Post cycle: Test total & free, E2 sensitive assay, CBC, CMP, Lipids if possible (especially if you have issues), LH, and FSH.

If you used a progestin test prolactin as well.

If you can do more get it done.
