Anavar cycle, pls help!

Hello everyone, i`m thinking about anavar only for my first cycle, but i need more information, my personal trainer told me that i can gain lean muscle and get shred without any type of side effect, is that true?
He told me that i don`t need a PCT.
I`m here for your help.
I`am 24 years old, 174 cm and 74 kg.
Male.
I `m training from 4 years with diet and supplemdnt of protein, bcaa and, l-glutammine.

Your trainer does not know what he is talking about..you never ever run any anabolic wo test...

What happen with only anavar cycle?

Add test..250 twice a week at least..run pct after

Eat train sleep repeat . Diet is the most important , WHOLE FOODS not shakes . You can accomplish the same "gains" your trainer is talking about with proper diet . For him to tell you to take a compound to make himself look better IMO is a dick move . A good confident trainer I don't think would ever do that bud . What are your stats my friend ?

you can run Anavar on its own, it will shut you down, as adding test to your cycle will shut you down as well without a PCT...Anavar only will shut you down, but on cycle you will not notice it, once you stop you will feel like crap for at least a month, i would add clomid at the least once you come off, but both clomid and nolva would probably be better, at least four weeks

I am on trt and and have ran Anavar along with it, at my dosage of test 100 mg a week,
still felt low T after concluding a 5 week run....but running test made it tolerable, this would be why you are advised to run test with it, and then foloow an appropriate PCT after

4 years training, i train 4 times a week.

Don't go down the steroid road at your age. Give yourself a couple of more years for your body chemistry to fully mature. You will have a much better experience if you wait.
