My first cycle was a disaster and I am planning my second cycle right now... Just did my bloodwork, anastrozol in hand and HCG in hand...
Still waiting the Bloodwork results before starting the cycle.
The cycle will look like this:
1st day inject 550 test-e
The rest of the cycle will be:
1-12 => 250 Test-e 2x week
9-13 => 50 Winstrol/day => divided on 2 doses of 25
PCT starts at week 14
Nolva + Clomid standard
Goals => To build up muscle with minimum fat gain... In the end of the cycle I want to be lean...
Calories on training days = 2500-2600
Non training days => 2200-2300
30% Protein
55% carbs
15% fat
weight: 60Kg Height: 1.60 cm
I am very small and lean and muscular , bf around 8 to 10% max
