    Second cycle

    Ok Guys,
    My first cycle was a disaster and I am planning my second cycle right now... Just did my bloodwork, anastrozol in hand and HCG in hand...
    Still waiting the Bloodwork results before starting the cycle.

    The cycle will look like this:

    1st day inject 550 test-e

    The rest of the cycle will be:
    1-12 => 250 Test-e 2x week
    9-13 => 50 Winstrol /day => divided on 2 doses of 25

    PCT starts at week 14
    Nolva + Clomid standard

    Goals => To build up muscle with minimum fat gain... In the end of the cycle I want to be lean...

    Calories on training days = 2500-2600
    Non training days => 2200-2300
    30% Protein
    55% carbs
    15% fat

    weight: 60Kg Height: 1.60 cm
    I am very small and lean and muscular , bf around 8 to 10% max

    A 550mg shot on the first day isn't really pre-loading. Just stay with a constant 250mg twice a week. Add HCG and Arimadex to your cycle. The Nolva/Clomid should be run 40/20/20/20 and 100/50/50/50. That's a lot of carbs if you want to be lean and cut. You'll get big and strong but I don't know if you'll be shredded on 55% carb diet. You're protein intake is about 3g/kg of body weight is about average for a bulk diet. You could increase it a little to about 4g/kg of body weight and cut down your carbs a little.

    Scotch has you covered, but I'd like to add my opinion to it. The cycle itself doesn't look bad. It looks pretty good. But it sounds like you're wanting to bulk and cut in the same cycle, and that can actually be counterproductive. I've made the mistake on a few occasions, especially prepping for a vacation. Don't try to do both within one cycle. What I've found for me is that if I try to add mass during a cycle, then towards the end try to cut, I end up losing a lot of what I've gained. Keep in mind that steroids enhance what you're doing. So if you're trying to add mass, they will make it easier. And if you're trying to cut, that make that easier. Shi when you add the weight, you don't hold onto the additional mass long enough for your body to get used to it, and then when you cut, your body will rapidly try to greet back to where it was, as that is more natural for your body. Just remember that steroids enhance what you are doing, they don't actually do it themselves. I now try to hold onto any added mass that I can acquire for as long as I can so that my body can acclimate to the size and when I cut, it'll be easier to hang onto the lbm while trying to dry up (or lose the fat).
