I am 31 years old . Training 5 years regularly , made some cycles before ( test + deca + dbol 6 month ago) . I want to build muscles as a fitness body.
I am 180 tall and 78 kg . bf 15
my question is which cycle is best for me
plan 1:
Week
1-4 Oxy 100 / day
1-12 750mg sus or test e /week
1-10 300mg-600mg deca /week or eq
1-12 500 mg HCG / week
1-12 adex and caber 0,5 x 2 / week
and then start for lean mass after pct 2 weeks nolva and clomid with
test + tren or test + winny for 6 weeks .
plan 2:
ghrp-6 with sus
and keep it with supplement
plan 3 :
start bulking steroid cycle and then start ghrp-6 or cjcLast edited by behnam23; 06-11-2017 at 04:55 AM.

Lol to all of this! If i were you, I'd just stick to peptides. A GHRP and a GHRH in combination.

-Your cycle propositions are way to heavy, perhaps you could remove some of the substances and take less of the ones which remain.
-Look at some of the cycle suggestions in the threads or the home tab. The goal is to give you the best results with least risk/cost. Steroid supplier ugls have a different goal.
-A test cycle and a GHRP/GHRH combination should be fine. If you feel fulfilled by pushing the limit, perhaps you might add the oxy.
-Deca is nice but part of it's appeal is that it is good on joints and raises IGF. A GHRH/GHRP combo will do this as well.
-Your PCT, AI, and HCG are on target.

You are 5'11 and weigh 172lbs at 15% after 5 years of lifting and several cycles?!?! You need to fix your diet else you will lose anything you gain no matter what you take.

You have to eat like a physique athlete. If you don't you will end up back to where you are.
Maybe you can't change your body type but you can take advantage of it. You should be able to eat plenty of food, particularly carbs, if you are a true ectomorph.
Your choice but I think I already know what that will be.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Your body has a natural balancing point. If you want to change your physique you have to eat for the the body type you want to achieve. If you're and endurance athlete you eat differently from a power lifter. If you're 300lbs, trying to be 200lbs you'll eat differently than a person 200lbs trying to be 300lbs. Food is the most powerful hormone we have access to. Taking steroids is just temporary. You can't sustain a cycle forever without dire consequences. On the other hand, you can continue to eat until you die. AAS helps you get to your physical goal much faster, it's a shortcut to a better body, no argument from me. But you still have to understand nutrition and exercise to maintain that body. Ideally, you could build that perfect body with just food and exercise. Unfortunately, our schedules are whacked out and we don't take the time to eat correctly. So we take AAS to get the body we want but we still have to eat as close to ideal to maintain that body or we lose it. Then we start the cycle all over again.
