Over 50 test cycle

I am 54 yrs old and on trt. I take 200 mg every 10 days. I would like to go on a test cypionate cycle and increase my dosage to 500mg a week.
At that level do I need an AI and if so how much anastrazole should I take? Also, do I need to take something to protect my liver? Thanks in advance.

but instead of PCT just go back to your trt dose.

As long as you're only using test, you should be fine as far as your liver is concerned. However, I do highly recommend toy to take NAC daily as a supplement. I'm sure there is a lot about its benefits in the educational threads. It's a godsend. As far as an AI, .25mgs of armidex used every other day would be a good starting point for reference. I personally like aromasin the best, but have had some friends tell me they've been getting some bunk lately through reputable research chem sites. But armidex is well known and is used more than any other. Lastly, as always, I have to recommend cialis during your blast (and after, lol) for benefits that range across the board. It's especially good for men over 50, but in my opinion, it's good for any man over 30 who is into anabolics. It's really good for prostate health, blood flow, and reduced blood pressure. I like it at 5-10mgs daily. I think a dose of 2.5-5mgs daily would be optimal. Hope that helps.

The guys above answered your direct question. My question to you is that if you self inject why not split your dose to 100 mgs every 5 days. You'll have much more stable levels with less of a spike in E2. Test has a half-life of about 5 days or so, metabolism dependent so as you near the 10 day mark your levels are in the toilet. It's a roller coaster effect normally prescribed by docs who don't understand half-lives.

Split it up, you'll feel better all around.

I am taking the cypionate because thats what my doc prescribes. I do split my dosages and plan on taking 250mg Monday and Thursday. Is that acceptable? I already have the anastrazole so do you think that will be good enough? What exactly is NAC?

Yh that would be fine and nac is an over the counter liver support...

I'm referring to your TRT protocol, not the upcoming cycle. The protocol prescribed by your doc is horrible.

I'm older than you and I cycle with Cyp all the time. It is my AAS of choice. Just take 250mg twice a week. I take .25mg Adex every other day while on cycle. No need to do PCT.
