Cycle Advice, Need help!
Hey guys, i've been on Test E/Anavar for 4 weeks now and started taking T3 two weeks ago. Recently i've been feeling like a tight throat sensation and i feel like if there is something in my throat where the thyroid is located and it feels uncomfortable. Do you guys think I should stop taking the T3? Also if I stop taking the T3 will it hinder my weight loss process or should I be able to keep on loosing from here with the Test E/ Anavar + strict diet?

The test and anavar will help with losing fat, as both will enhance whatever you're doing with your diet. If you're at a caloric deficit, it'll be magnified.

Thanks for your reply to my thread, but I'm worried that if I stop T3 after two weeks of usage that my metabolism will be slow and I won't loose weight even with diet/ and test/anavar . What do you think of this?

Test - 500 week
Anavar first 4 weeks 50mg ED, then last two weeks 100mg ED
T3 - 50 mg a day
AI - arimidex 0.5 EOD
and yeah PCT is all sorted no worries.
Anyways, do you have the answer to any of these questions bro?
1. Do you think I should keep on taking T3 if I have that ball like feeling in my throat and its making me very tired.
2. If I stop taking T3 after just two weeks of use, would I still continue to loose weight with my diet + Test/Anavar or would I stop loosing weight due to stopping the T3?
3. If I stop taking the T3 Shall I add anything else to my cycle? or should the diet + test/anavar be good enough? (I dont wanna have Clen tho)

Here is my diet plan at the moment:
Meal 1: two full eggs, 5 egg whites, 6oz rice
Pre workout meal: 40g oats, two scoops protein shake, 1 tbsp almond butter
Post workout meal: 4 rice cakes, two scoops protein shake
Meal 4: 6oz chicken breast, 6oz rice, 1oz cashew nuts
Meal 5: 6oz chicken breast, brocolli/veg
Meal 6: Protein Shake, 1 tbsp peanut butter.

Also your current cardio schedule and type of cardio.

How long is your cardio?
You don't eat much. What results are you getting.
You should add 50g protein per day. You should drop at least one of your shakes and sub it with real food, ideally a different protein source than what you are already eating.
Again, you should consider stopping your cycle and running a PCT to minimise permanaentbdamage risk.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Thanks for the advice bro, im gonna finish off this cycle tho. Anyways I do 30 mins cardio a day, slow walk on incline treadmill on empty stomach. So far i've actually lost quite a lot of weight and gotten much bigger, veins starting to show too. Even when trying to get shredded do you still think I should be eating much more? What macros would you say are good for me?

Yeah you will be a big hit among the ladies with Ed no libido depression this is wat happens when you cycle too young.And you won't put on size in a cal deficte if anything you are holding some water weight.You shouldve worried about building a foundation natty.

Well, you should at least consider dropping the var and T3, changing your Adex dose and including HCG (you don't mention it. Hopefully you have a nolva and Clomid PCT lined up and good luck on your side.
I'd rather do a bit more cardio and eat more carbs.
FYI, my current cut cycle is half the test and half the var you are taking. I eat double the carbs and eat 275g protein daily. Fasted cardio 4 x 50mins and PWO cardio 2 x 30mins.NO SOURCES GIVEN

No, hcg on cycle, nolva and Clomid for PCT.
As I said above, half your Adex dose.
As I also said, up your protein by 50g
I don't know how much you should up your carbs but I eat the most amount I can whilst getting the results I want.
More than 2lbs a week loss isn't all fat. In fact, 2lbs a week for the first few weeks the 1-1.5lbs per week is about right.NO SOURCES GIVEN
