Older and ready to do things proper

hey I am coming back here and want to do things proper and hope the younger crowed can learn from my fuck ups.

I am 28 now weighting in at 5'7 204Lbs i have no idea what my body fat % is but I do feel i have about 20lbs of fat to loose to have a decent physic. as it stands most of my fat is carried from me lower chest down to my gut and love handles. earlier this year I was at my heaviest 235lbs fat not going to the gym horrible diet well lets just say no diet. I cleaned my diet up and lost 30lbs with just eating right and cardio. the last month i added in weights and started counting calories and macros.

    1300-1500 calories a day
    50% protein
    40% fats
    10% carbs
very clean foods cheat meal once a week but make it fit into my cals

    now the bad history.
when i was 22 I ran a few test only cycles, put on lots of water and very soft size. I never properly came off the stuff either. I just recently got blood tested done and to my surprise it came back normal is what my doctor told me. the numbers he gave me was 10.4-29.8 i have no idea what that actually means but he assured me that its normal.

from here i would like to loose some more fat and cycle again the proper way and come off it the proper way.
    500mg test E 1-14 weeks
    40mg anavar or t bol 12-16
16 on pct witch is where i will need to do some research
I am prone to gyno and will be doing arimidex .5 eod maybe up it to 1mg a eod or .5 ed

    PCT Wise: Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

You should really think about running HCG along with Test during your cycle and up to PCT.

Also, with 1300 Calories a day and 200+ lbs your progress will be terrible, and you'll feel terrible. Thats way too low for your weight/heigh.

Make sure you calculate your TDEE, and go into a surplus or deficit of 300/500~ calories and that will make it.

Your calories are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too low. What happens when weight loss stalls, where do you go? Why risk the metabolic damage.

Post your diet and stats in the diet section and let's get you sorted.

Read the Successful First Cycle thread at the top of this forum and follow that after you reach your weight loss goals. I would also get a copy of your blood work from your doctor so you can see where you're actually at. Most docs will tell you you're normal if you're barely in range, which is not what you want. You may consider obtaining a hormone panel (including LH/FSH) on your own at one of the many private sites available as well. Check private md labs dot com or Discounted labs dot com if you are in the states.
