Exclamation Holly Cramps while on Test!

Hey guys, good morning. I've got a question, a pretty simple one:

Do you get cramps while on Test?

While on Test, i get cramps literally everywhere, even in some places of my body wich i've never gotten something like that before (Shoulders, lower back ones are the worst, even on my pecs!)

A friend of mine wich had the same issue told me to start taking ZMA and to eat alot of Bananas. The coach in my gym told me to buy purified taurine and drink 5g daily.

Im wondering if i should take these advices or look forward to anything else to solve this issue. Its driving me crazzy, atm im sitting at work and i feel like my calves are going to cramp anytime.

Thanks in advance and have a great day.

Pickles and pickle juice helps me. My job causes severe dehydration and when I know I have a hard day coming I eat a few large pickles and drink a few swallows of pickle juice and load up on water. Studies have been performed to disprove/prove pickle juice and its effects on electrolytes and conclusions have been made that it does not increase plasma electrolytes in small doses and studies have cast doubt on it being effective at all.
It has been used to treat severe EAMC's and many doctors claiming it worked inside of one minute.

The amounts I take may not be safe but I know it is effective. My arms get so bad its like electricity and my biceps start to ball up and my forearms make my wrists curl. My legs get bad enough I cant drive at times. I will pull off to the side of the road and wait for it to pass. My hands get "sticky" for lack of a better term. I reach and grap something and find I can't open my hand. I have decided much of the problem is just sheer physical exertion until exhaustion, without food, and only water. Nothing can take the place of magnesium, potassium, calcium, a good diet, and proper hydration.
Even with those things you can still work your muscles until they cramp but without them you will face cramps a lot more often.

Pickle juice does help. I have cross country runners drink the stuff after workouts. I prefer Taurine because I'm trying to lower my sodium intake so I don't retain water. 3g to 5g Taurine daily should do the trick.

Seems like problem solved: From 06-24 to 06-28 (Today - Leg Day) after taking Taurine (3gr) + Aminos with electrolites (And way more water) my cramp issue got solved (or at least didnt happen within last few days after i started taking this supps).

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that helped me cause the issue was really painful.
