estrogen out of whack need help!

I been thru hell the last 2 weeks, vision blur lightheaded hot flashes sleepy lethargic foggy brain the list goes on.. so finally convinced the doc to a blood test on androgens and Oest2 level. Turns out the damn estrogen level is high off the roof again.. so here is the results Oest2 measured pmol/L is at 300!! normal range for a male should be <150.. now here is the thing I think my arimidex no longer works for some reason so I switched to aromasin . I need some help on the dose. I got tabs that r 20 mgs which I cut them in half. so 10mgs ed so far this has been my 3rd day. feeling bit better but still suffering from lightheaded and vision blurs disturbed sleep. should I keep doing 10mg a day or eod, eo2d? I want to keep my e2 under control but not too low, and how long does it actually kicks in?

worked well for awhile suddenly It stopped working color went pale as well.. I think my saliva got in due to use the same syringe, maybe it gone bad.......

You can't get a answer if you don't answer the question and Adex just don't stop working.
