Advice on a cycle for Calisthenics/hypertrophy
I'm looking for a cycle that will aid in strength without added water weight to assist with my Calisthenics program I run along side basic hypertrophy training.
I've completed one cycle previously
12 weeks Test E @ 500 PW
Dbol first 4 weeks @ 20mg ED
(This was prior to any Calisthenics training)
I really enjoyed this cycle. Retained approx. 50% of the gains after cutting and around 40% of the increase in strength.
As it's only a second cycle I'm not too interested on any harsh compounds like tren but open to suggestions.
My body is built for Calisthenics based training and being light it's where I enjoy training.
Current stats:
32 YO
6'4"
170 lbs
8% BF (from 12 point skin fold)
12% from photo ratings
I've been training daily for 6 years
