I am a 50 year old male, 5'8" 168lbs and depending on the time of day, between 18 & 20% bf. This will be my 3rd cycle, I have 2 successful cycles of just test.
Looking to put on 10-15lbs of lean muscle fairly quickly and not blow up. From what I've read, test and deca can be good for this, with of course AI and PCT.
The more research I do, the more varying cycle suggestions I find. I have not gone an any forums, as this is the most knowledgable, in my opinion. I have just been doing searches on the all knowing internet, because everything on there is TRUTH.
So, if anyone can give any advise before I start spending my hard earned cash, that would be fantastic.
