Life has been crazy man, married 10 years, 2 kids and rocking a nasty Dad-Bod. First day back at the gym today in like 6 years, im gonna be so sore lol can't wait till my gear gets here, if ever.
It will all come right back in a hurry. Muscle memory is astounding. I am 45lbs heavier since october last year after over 8 years of not lifting or juicing. Bodyfat about the same. Once your body has been there it finds its way right back should you lose it. Good luck sir.Quote:

Not a smart thing to cycle if you have not been training you can injure your tendons and ligaments.

I'm in the same boat but now getting over an injury. 40 years old, house, wife, kid. I've been working out but just to maintain. Now I've lost 20lbs after an accident and looking to cycle to get into better shape than before the accident. Of course I will ease my way into exercising again and build up as much natural gains before gear. I'm in no rush.
