    Been a while-comeback cycle

    I joined this forum as a young man, now I am 38 and getting back into it after 5 year hiatus. Found a src online hope it's ok.

    Comeback cycle if it actually arrives

    500mg Test E per week 10 weeks

    4 weeks, Winstrol tabs 40mg per day

    im 5'8''
    173 lbs

    Life has been crazy man, married 10 years, 2 kids and rocking a nasty Dad-Bod. First day back at the gym today in like 6 years, im gonna be so sore lol can't wait till my gear gets here, if ever.

    It will all come right back in a hurry. Muscle memory is astounding. I am 45lbs heavier since october last year after over 8 years of not lifting or juicing. Bodyfat about the same. Once your body has been there it finds its way right back should you lose it. Good luck sir.

    Thanks! Getting back into the gym pre-cycle I already feel better, weak as hell but, feel good. Already upping my nutritional game to accommodate desired results. Can't wait to get back on "the bean".

    Not a smart thing to cycle if you have not been training you can injure your tendons and ligaments.

    Very true! I didn't think of this! Extreme sudden increases in strength when your body hasn't had proper time to adapt...

    I'm kinda in the same situation. Hard not to wanna cycle though, it's such good motivation! I've just been being careful, making some real nice gains

    I'm in the same boat but now getting over an injury. 40 years old, house, wife, kid. I've been working out but just to maintain. Now I've lost 20lbs after an accident and looking to cycle to get into better shape than before the accident. Of course I will ease my way into exercising again and build up as much natural gains before gear. I'm in no rush.

    True that, I am using the int shipping delay from source to ease in naturally get my body over initial soreness and stretched out. Soon as that bitch arrives though im turning into a human pin cushion
