How much do I increase my Arimidex?

Got my 5 week lab results back today. Baseline E2 was 15.8. Now it is 31.6. I have been taking 0.5mg Arimidex EOD. But the 0.5mg isn't exact by any means. I'm cutting 1mg tablets with a knife and the size could be anywhere between 0.25mg and 0.5mg.

So how much should I increase my dosage? Do I go with a full 1mg EOD?

    Thanks!

I have it but prefer Aromasin ....12.5...twice a week....seems to work for me...have never had problems at that dose...sure you will get yr answer shortly. They're just to small to be cutting up...hassle for me.

Normal range listed on the report is 7.6-42.6 pg/mL. So technically I am in range, but I feel like I am retaining a ton of water right now. My wedding band is usually loose on my finger, but today I would have to take a hacksaw to it if I wanted it off.

Try .25 every day for a week or so, just be careful. I was having the same issues and raised my arimidex dosage too high and my levels dropped low as fuck and it didnt feel good at all i think i was down to 6.3 or something thankfully i caught it before it totally crashed

One thing people tend to overlook is sodium intake. If you eat to much salt you retain more water.
