250mg of test per week isnt worth it at all. It will barely put you above normal range, a lot of Doctors prescribe 200-250mg pw for TRT, so if you are going to do it, do it right and at least do 400-500mg pw. It wont be worth the shutdown and you wont gain anything more than you wouldve naturally.

Ive never tried EQ but I have read countless times on here that it is absolutely worthless and you have to run almost 1000mg pw and it still doesnt do much

Not worth it unless you are trying to be a crossfit hero with shrunken testicles.

What's your goal? Massive gains? Lean out? I would say it could be enough based on whatever your goal is

Sometimes less is more, everyone has different blood chemistry...

No offense, but this is bad advice

Not really. EQ is roughly half as effective as test in my experience (for strength and size), so I'd expect that proposed cycle to yield similar results to 450mg of test. But I'd just do more test and save money.

Why don't you consider getting full blood work and see where your T levels currently are? You may be a TRT candidate which could help you dramatically. Take a look in the Finding A Doc sticky thread at the top of the HRT Forum and use the first set of blood work if possible.

Most doctors certainly don't prescribe 250mg of test per week but I agree with the EQ, it's worthless. Depending what his test level is 250mg test per week could actually benefit him a good deal...

FACTS! This is the most sound advice here. But realistically, nobody really goes through with all that. The simple answer to your question in a general fashion is NO, minimum 400mg per week for an effective cycle you will see results from.

Thanks guys for advice I did go to a doctor to get my testosterone checked and the results are testosterone is 25.8 nmol/L range is 8.4-28.8..so my range is good..
Testosterone Bioavailability is 7.5 range is 3.6-11.2...

These results were from Canada so the number system is a bit different
