    Things to do to lower pip

    I did my injection N9 yesterday, no pip but today after i woke up the pain wouldnt let me walk. any advices?

    my buddy told me to use a blowdryer and warm the oil first

    on my butt, can't use the starts at work, it hurts so bad, have to walk really slowly. Sucks so bad : (!

    I will give you the only thing that worked for me, and something alot of people neglect. SLOW DOWN. It takes me 3 minutes to inject 1 ML. 5+ minutes for 2 ML. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS. SLOW DOWN!

    Especially if you use small needles, that stuff can come out with a lot of pressure! Make sure to keep from moving the needle around, it's like a razor blade in your muscle!

    Injection N10 today, will try slowing down + heating the oil a little bit.

    PIP happens to me some times. At N10, I wouldn't think it would be virgin muscle. Hang in there, it too shall pass.

    I also warm my oil in hot water, inject slow, and find muscles that seem to tolerate it best. For me, quads have far less pip than even glutes.
