    First cycle

    Hello everybody.
    I started lifting when i was 16 and ran an insane cycle:test e,deca ,oxymetholone with no pct.
    Ofc horrible acnes appeared all over my face that i had to take accutane(isotretinoene).
    Since then i decieed to lift naturally and trained very hard.
    Atm iam 21 y/o,176 cm height,72kg weight and almost lean with 12-13 body fat.
    Iam about to run a cycle but before that i wanted to know your oponion.
    Please consider that iam an acne prone and some ppl told me if you want to save your face forget about roids for good.
    Please dont comment if you are a fuking amature with no knowledge.

    I'd wait a few more years and start eating more over that time. 155lbs at 5'9 is really light. Our diet section will help you out with that.

    Also maybe worth you getting some bloodwork, there's a chance your earlier cycle may have caused some HPTA damage

    You have not taken full advantage of your natural test levels if your body weight is 72kg, especially at 12% body fat. I'm not calling you an immature but you should read more before cycling

    I did a bloodwork last month and everything was just perfect.
    Btw thanks for the advise i will consider it that i should wait afew years more and train and eat better.

    Smart choice bro learn how too eat pack on some size and then when you are old enough hit the gear you will be glad you did.There are guys in our diet section that will help you pack it on you only need to do your part bro.Eat right and train right good luck!
