    first cycle

    hello

i used to do MMA had training 6 times a week and lifted weights 3 times a week
and if i may say so i was realy big i was 1m95 weighed 105 kilos with only a fat percentage of 6%
a year ago i underwent brain surgery and was unable to train (or any other thing,i was basicly in bed or on the coach due to my surgery) for a very long recently i started lifting again and to be honest my PR's at the moment are horrible like the other day i was only able to lift 22.5 kilos on the benchpress for 8reps,
so to kickstart my musclebuilding and my prs i would like to do a anabolic cycle from what i've read 12 weeks is a good amount of time
but i would have a few quistions: what do you guys recomend ?
wich steroid . what to use post-cycle
how much am i allowed to train more often due to faster muscle recovery ?
    thanks in advance
should you guys have any other tips please share

You should give it time to get your body used to lifting again.

It should all come back pretty quick just return to what you were doing.

Do you have any pics in your best condition as 6% is only a few weeks away from bodybuilding completion levels?

Welcome to the forum. Man, brain surgery doesn't sound very fun. If you were only able to do 22.5kg on the bench, you're still on the mend. I know you're eager and frustrated but I would recommend that you give yourself more time to recover before you start an AAS cycle. There's a lot of healing going on in the brain and exogenous Test will affect your endo system. I'm not sure if the affect will be beneficial or not. You are still injured, take your time. Recover first bro. Good luck.
