400mg a week eq 1-16
500mg test e 1-16
Arimidex .5 ed

Pct
Clomid
100mg week 1
50mg 2-4

Tamoxifen
40mg week 1
20mg 2- 5

Anything I should change or anything? Thanks for the help

I'm going to have to agree and disagree but more so agree. One of my favorite cycles where I saw the most progress included EQ. However, I ran higher test and my diet and training were more on point so I can't really say for sure

On EQ I noticed intense forearm pumps. I would be typing or jerking off or something like that and I would have to stop because the pumps were too much. I should have been monitoring bloods and donating I'm aware. Curious what you experience

So you think test e and deca would be better suited? I done tren and didn't get any sides until the last week where my face got pretty bad acne and stayed with me still got it. It's going now

Body fat have no idea. Not low tho I'm currently dieting before this cycle. This cycle won't happen for about two months. Just want to prepare.

Well, you're probably too 'fat' to cycle 'safely' and you are likely to aromatise much heavier if that is the case and may well need 0.5mg Adex per day but I need 0.5mg Adex E3D on that amount of test.

What are your goals exactly?

Tren on a first cycle was stupid, sorry, but it was. Have you had any post cycle bloodwork?

Yeah I no it was very stupid. Ignorance and listening to the wrong people. I'm a powerlifter but kinda moving into more bodybuilding now. Kinda want to carry on powerlifting get more muscle so adding in a proper diet and cardio I've already dropped 1 1/2 stone. So hopefully I can carry on get it down low for my next cycle.

Since you've already done tren, you're especially going to be disappointed in EQ. Heck, if you've ever ran creatine you'll be disappointed. At least with creatine you can visually see a body change. I know I know. Everyone's body is different and therefore can respond differently. But I know dozens of people that would tell you to toss it. It's a waste of a perfectly good needle - Marcus 300

You don't think I'll see gains off eq and test? What would you suggest? My anger on tren was something else so I'm thinking to stay away from that don't want to get myself in trouble my other cycle I was thinking was test e and deca for 15 weeks
