    Transition into cruise dose ,need help

    Sup guys , next week i will drop to cruise dose test e , 250 mg a week. Usually i've done my pins on monday and friday ,do you think its ok to pin now say on thursday , and what extra precautions to take? extra hcg , arimidex up the dose ? and i am now in 20 mg accutane , for 2 months now , do you think the hormonal fluctuations will still give me acne while on accutane ?
