1st cycle - TREN E - suggestions
Here is what my trainer suggested and i m planning for my 1st cycle :
About me - 33 years - 178 cm , 160 LBS , 18% body fat
Weeks - 1-10
Trenbolone Enanthate - 400 mg ( 2 x 200 mg )
Test Enanthate - 600 mg ( 2x 300 mg )
from week 8 - i will be starting my PCT
I just want to know if it is a good dosage considering its my 1st ever cycle after almost 5 years. ( Deca D + test in past )

Your trainer is an idiot at best.
Tren as a first cycle is a no no. PCT is POST cycle not during.
No ai? No Hcg ?
In all honesty you should never speak to him again. Also you need to learn to eat rather than steroids . no amount of aas will put size on you if you can't diet properly.
Lucky for you we have an excellent diet section, start a thread there for some proper advice.NO SOURCES GIVEN

BIB said it all. What is going on with these "trainers" now a days?
I would also recommend that you get your body fat down below 15% before cycling.

i dont actually count but i think its pretty good - eggs oats and protein shake for breakfast , and i get my lunch and dinner from a company called "mymusclechef " which has 60 - 80 grms protein per seve. i use aminos intraworkout.
and a yougurt and banana as a snack. plus post workout protein. but considering aas with good diet /exercise will add up.

If he is a nutritionist he should easily be able to get your bodyfat down. If he can't then you have no need to pay him for anything.
If you aren't losing weight you eat too much, even eating 'clean' can easily give you too many calories, especially at your low weight.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Thanks for your advise. I have just gone through this page.
I spoke to the trainer again and he said he will give me a proper diet plan , exercise plan and he suggested a different cycle also
Per week x 10 weeks
400 mg Tren E
Sustanon 300
Anavar
previous cycle he suggested was
Per week x 10 weeks
400 mg Tren E
600 mg Test E
Totally confused now as to what you guys are saying and he is. Considering i have never done it before...... :/

Why do people think they need aas to lose weight? Ask your trainer that then fire his ass.You will learn more from reading our stickies about cycling than he knows! But that isn't a hard thing.

Learn calories macros hgh insulin IGF-1
Fat melts off. Testosterone + HGH + Insulin is the best place to start. Very straight forward and results are drastic if calories and macros are in place properly.

How about proper diet and some hard work and a little research on what he is intending to do before messing with drugs at all?
seriously.. Insulin? You can kill yourself with a quickness messing around with insulin unless you really have a understanding...
Not the best suggestion for a newbee with no knowledge whatsoever...jes sayin...
