    Exclamation Have a look and Give advice

    Body Stats:
    - 1.83 meters Tall
    - Currently 91 KG down from 94 since I started my cycle 5 weeks ago.
    - I have not calculate my body fat but it has dropped since I have started the cycle 5 weeks ago thinking around 18%
    - 28 Years old and in perfectly healthy condition.


    Supplements:

    Whey Protein Myogenic ( 102 Calories, 24g Protein, Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate )
    Nitro Pure Protein Myogenic ( 110 Calories, 27g Protein, Casein Blend )
    Shape Fate burner
    BCAA's Take in between meals (BSN)
    L- Glutamine
    L- Arganine

    Diet:

    I eat one cheat meal a week and this would normally be Pizza or Hamburger and Chips. Nothing Major.

    Drink around 4 - 5 Liters of water a day.

    1 Whole egg and 3 egg Whites, Quaker oats 150g cooked, 10 Almonds.

    Nitro Pure Protein, Wheytech Protein, 1 Green Apple,

    150g Chicken Breast or lean fish (Cooked in a bit of Coconut oil ) 100g Carbs ( Sweet Patato, Patato, or Butternut ). Cucumber or a bit of greens ( Not Measured but very little )

    Heavy weights (As heavy as I can) 8 - 12 Reps and 5 - 6 exercises. I take 1 day off a week.
    Split Program:
    Legs
    Chest
    Back
    Arms
    Shoulders

    20 - 30 min of Cardio ( Alternating between HIIT and and incline walk ) Keeping heart rate at about 130 - 150 with Fitbit watch. I don't do cardio on leg day or after leg day.

    I have a meduim strees coprate Job and sleep about 6 to 6 and 1/2 hours a night.

    Does anyone have advice for me on what I can change to this to get better results? Anything I can add to cycle? Anything I can change in Diet or training?

    Please ask me any questions and I will respond as soon as possible. Any help with logical experienced advice would be appreciated.

    shouldn't this be 350g daily if I add up your meals, also you've forgotten to add the carbs from the whey protein shake, if it was me id prefer the carbs pre workout meal not post so id probably switch your 4pm meal for actual food and go for an egg / steak meal for example for last meal of the day

    a 3kg drop in 5 weeks on 350g plus carbs a day is pretty decent in my opinion

    also im confused by the two different whey protein powder options in the day, I can understand a casein based one last thing maybe if you insist
