Very odd testicular question

Guys

I need some help since what I am now seeing makes ZERO sense to me and I need to know if I should get an LH/FSH test done asap

I've been on TRT for a few months now, my testicles have atrophied and they have been small and skrunkin for some time now. My dick stopped working and I started taking cialis, now I wake up and my balls are nearly full and large again. This makes no sense since I have not started taking HCG yet, is it possible for my balls to still function? Why are they increasing in size? No HCG or AI has been started yet, even though I have HCG (unmixed for now) and some AI laying around. Do I need an LH/FSH test done asap? This is not possible

I know this might sound odd or a stupid newbie question, I just never expected to see full/large nut sack ever again...

Exactly what is your TRT protocol?

TRT protocol consists of

70mgx2 a week
Roughly at 140-150mg test C/E a week
Only changes so far have been cialis added in.

My blood work has proven it is real, just I didn't understand why they would be full and functional again without HCG ? Perhaps it is the lose dosage of TRT but if you look at it from a TRT perspective your body should shut down regardless of the dosage. I guess I have to be honest at this point I don't understand how this is possible since even the scrotum has been shrunk to the point I became uncomfortable with small testicles and started ordering HCG. I haven't dosed HCG yet...

Not everyone's testicals atrophy on TRT. Your's apparentely did then changed their mind! Functional, no. HCG should still be a part of your protocol.
Test LH/FSH is you like but they should be close to bottomed out.
