test E2 between Arimidex doses

So earlier I posted that I had elevated E2 levels leftover after my cycle with no AI (cyp 250-500)

E2 level was 53

Been taking a few doses of Arimidex to bring it down back to normal per @KSman Advice

I just took my last dose yesterday should I test my E2 today or wait a few days and get my baseline once the drugs cleared?

Was the 53 result from a Sensitive Assay? Scale of about 8-35?

Half life of adex is about 2 days. It wouldn't hurt to wait 3 days and get blood work done.

That's probably what I would do, wait the 3 days.
