starting test e 500mg a week for 10 weeks what do I need to 100% not get gyno I've got arimidex on hand but wil get what I need bout 17%bf and 174lbs and 1.85m

Arimidex is not meant to be "on hand". That's like saying I have a condom, but I will wait until she's pregnant to use it. They are both for prevention.
Also, usually people are low on their bf%. You should not cycle above 15%. You are more succeptible to gyno above 15.
Yes there are silly people out there that cycle at high bf, but definitely not recommended.
