Beginning day 6 of Clen. Days 1-3 were 40mcg, days 4-today 80mcg.
Started around 168.0 lbs (13.5%-14.0% fat)
Currently 161.4 (Around 12.5%)
Strength training 3 days per week - push/pull/legs.
Strength appears to be keeping up in the gym, in fact certain lifts it I can lift a hair more, weird.
Body composition is improving, according to the mirror
Is it normal to shed weight this fast? I've been eating only in a 500-700 caloric deficit. (TDEE around 2700, eating around 2000/2100)
Drinking 2 gallons of water per day.
