Clen 1st time user. Dropping weight fast
I'm 5'8
Beginning day 6 of Clen . Days 1-3 were 40mcg, days 4-today 80mcg.
Started around 168.0 lbs (13.5%-14.0% fat)
Currently 161.4 (Around 12.5%)
Strength training 3 days per week - push/pull/legs.
Strength appears to be keeping up in the gym, in fact certain lifts it I can lift a hair more, weird.
Body composition is improving, according to the mirror
Is it normal to shed weight this fast? I've been eating only in a 500-700 caloric deficit. (TDEE around 2700, eating around 2000/2100)
Drinking 2 gallons of water per day.

I daubt 5 days of clen made you loose that much, especially the first 3 being only 40 mcg. Probably a combination of the clen, better diet and the mental effect making you work out harder. Regardless, I'm sure you'll take it!

3,500 calorie deficit equals 1 pound of fat loss. So if you are in a 500-700 deficit, that should equal 1-1 1/2 pounds a week, anything more than that is water, and or muscle. I wouldn't think clen , at its highest doses would make you burn more than one pound extra of fat a week

I appreciate the response.
Yeah, the weight slowed down (or up however you want to look at it) this AM to 161.8lb
My diet prior to this was in a large to rather large surplus, carbs of course.
Likely a lot of water coming off.
Feels like now the true fat loss begins, lets see what this clean and a good diet combo can do
