my first cycle 24 years old plzzz help ME
hey everyone, English is not my mother tongue; please excuse any errors on my part.
i just turned 24
been working out seriously for about 7 months and eating 3000 calories a day .
i drink protein shake every day and used DAA for a month.
I used to be skinny , about 123 lbs and didn't have time for gym because of my education in med university.
but For 7 months now I have been training 5 times a week and gained about 33 pounds .
so Height: 5' 77. Weight: 159 pounds .
now i m thinking of hitting a simple cylce because i started too late and cant traing for 5 years.
but i see most of you think skinny guys should not take . what is the difference between skinny and muscular guys for taking a cycle ? because i dont think steroids have more side effects for skinny guys.
do steroids have more side effects for skinny guys ?

That's not really how it works, side effects can affect anyone it just depends on how you manage and what your levels are at. Are you able to get blood work at all in your country?
Read across the wiki pages we have, and brush up on some knowledge
My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle
Given that you are sort of young you might just need to learn more about fitness in general and understand what changing your hormones can do. Increasing testosterone alone isn't what will happen, you need to understand your body chemistry first. Most are different but with the amount of knowledge out there many know what to do and how to find it.
The thing you mentioned which bothers me is you are looking for a shortcut with gear, gear is not a short cut to build a perfect body
Real advice is to learn more about nutrition and find a program that works for you and you can build off of that. With zero training experience just jumping on a cycle is a good way to find yourself with health issues. Learn and educate yourself first about training, nutrition, and imo training for even a year or under is just not enough. Once you start entering the world of steroids you are in it for a long time unless health issues force you to get off completely, this is something that changes your life forever.
I'm not trying to pass judgement, but sounds like you are looking for a shortcut...Last edited by EDCG19; 08-08-2017 at 05:35 PM.

thank you very much. great information .will read the link.
well i hired a pro bodybuilder in my country and he Built my Training Program that it really worked .
i did a blood test , ultrasound of liver and kidney and every thing are fine .
i asked my trainer recommending a cycle and he thinks 350-300 of e test is good for me now .
so do you still think test wont help me if i have good nutrition plan with a good trainer ?
oh and i forgot to say . i dont want to gain more than 177 lbs (80kg) . i mean now my weight is 159 pounds and after taking a cycle i will probably gain about 12 pounds that is my targetLast edited by maniacmad; 08-08-2017 at 05:55 PM.

You need to spend a few years training on your own and learning, the thing with getting a coach or pro bodybuilder to write you a program or provide you guidance is what are you actually learning on your own? Having a coach doesn't mean much since that is their job and they are making money off of it, they sell you a program to get to your dream when in reality it is your dream and most coaches are just selling you something. You wont become a pro over night and you wont build a great physique in a few months of throwing in a cycle.
Gear is one part of the equation, it doesn't replace training, nutrition, rest and understanding what your body is doing that takes years of knowledge.
The thing most people misunderstand is, it is your dream and your vision, someone can't guide you to follow a program you have to learn a lot of this stuff on your own sometimes. Anyone can write a program but it doesn't mean you will be successful following it. You need to train a lot longer to get the full benefits of running gear..
Anyway, good luck on what you chose to do.
What are you doing for AI or PCT?

Bro if you got a dime for all the dumb crap I heard trainers tell guys you would be rich. And we got guys on here that are in Med school and have trained. They got big before they cycled they built a base nothing is free in this world and neither is getting big it takes a lot more than a few cycles too look good there are no short cuts.

Dude. Do some research....
With regards to how effective steroids are from person to person its all down to genetics. Everyone can build a decent looking physique though... Diet, Training and solid protocols if thats the route you want to go down.
