sus350 is what i have. trying to determine the weekly pinning schedule is my problem. i've read a lot of different theories about what you're suppose to do... but since anabolics are new to me, I'm being cautious as possibly. 350mg/week is the max i will do!

Sust has short esters its best to pin more often to take advantage. If not every 3.5 days is ok

Why aromasin during and arimidex after? You only need to run an AI during not after.
