Hello all,
I've been going to the gym for years now and need a little boost for my workouts, by gym buddy has told me about his cycle of Anavar and Winstrol orals but wanted to know if there was anything else to add to it to make sure I was treating my system right.
I hate needles too so orals would be the only option.
I apologise for my naivety with this, I truly have no idea where to start, doses or brands.

If you are too scared to inject the aas are not for you I'm afraid. A good dose of caffeine will help boost your workouts.
What are your stats? Height, weight, bodyfat %

BF? It appears that you are wanting a cut cycle which probably means that you are 15+ bf. Oh, btw, AAS doesn't burn fat, it protects the muscle mass that you have when you go on a caloric deficit.

Height - 5"11
Weight - 188 pounds
BF - about 20% (visual guess)
I need to cut and also lose abdominal fat, I'm not sure how to tackle that yet but I have cut my sugar intake massively over the last 2 months.
Diet and cardio my friend, not aas.
Post your diet, including macro's, and your workout/cardio regime in the diet section.

Ana or winny will shut down your natty test, and you will feel messed up after,
doing both is totally wrong, especially if youve never taken aas before, research,
choose one.... or better yet... diest and train...youre still young, short cuts arent the answer
What was your body fat prior to the 12 month sugar reduction?
Just cutting sugar and still eating junk or not the right way won't get rid of far. It helps , but diet strict is only way
Best advice would be to get steroids out of your mind, not for you I'm afraid. Plenty of gains to be made naturally

If you're afraid of injecting and you're interested in AAS you're wasting your time rn. None of the pro hormones at your loa support shop are going to help you either.
