First cycle ever
Will start off with stats
-22 y/o
-187lbs
-6'0
Unsure of BF % but if i had to guess, id say 10-15%
So im wanting to stary my first cycle, been going through these forums non stop and i feel like im ready. Ive sort of hit a plateau and want a little boost, looking to put on some decent size.
1.Going to try the recommended Test only cycle, what can i expect out of a 12 week test only?
2. If i do this 12 week cycle properly and decide i dont want to do another, what happens? Do i lose alot of what i gained or will it stay if i keep up with training..
3. This may be dumb but for the hCG , what does IU mean? International unit? How is that taken?
4. Lastly: arimidex ; oral or needle?
The cycle i will be doing is the one recommended for first timers.

first off your too young. learn how to eat and train hard and take advantage of you natural test.

Too young? Ive been told over and over that 21 is an okay age. Ill be doing it regardless .

Like i said, diet is on point as well as training, i train hard and have been for 5 years .

At 6' you should weigh 200lbs with a good base if your diet was on point.And cycling under the age of 25 can be dangerous beacuse your Endo system isn't fully developed which can lead to Ed no libido and depression and this can happen up to 10 yrs down the road good luck bro.

187lb for 6ft is light. what are you trying to do up your weight?

My goal is 200 before i start anything. Im on my way there, 187 this morning.

Im eating more, i eat like a fucking horse and im not eating garbage. Proper, whole foods. Good food. My metabolism is mental, so putting on any weight is a struggle.

Unless you count your macro's you don't know wat you are eating and if you can't put weight on natty you won't keep any gains if you get any from aas.Beacuse if you got up to 225 on a cycle you would have to eat like a guy who weighted that much or you lose the gains and quick.This is why your diet isn't on point and you need to do some research on wat you are doing.
