When To Start Cycle As An Ectomorph
About me:
I am a natural Ectomorph. I am pretty "undersized" (150lb) for my height (5'10'') according to many members. When I started lifting (late 2015) I was sitting at 128lb soaking wet. The first year of lifting was a struggle putting on any solid weight. It seemed no matter how much I ate, clean or dirty, the pounds just shed right off. There were many times where I felt like this weight lifting wasn't for me. But that didnt deter me, I kept lifting everyday and eating as best I could. Luckily, my body seems to have adapted to the high (clean for the most part) calorie diet.
Questions:
The way I see it, if I am naturally lighter than the average person, what is the big deal of starting a cycle at a "lower" body weight than most would recommend?
Any advice or info, please!!
