He looks fine to me. A puffy "flap" would be fat or progesterone gyno. E2 gyno is pretty noticeable and I don't see it here.

Looks to be just big ol luscious nipples to me. He would be well suited to swap genders, lol. Just kidding. If he's not on cycle as you said, dont up anything. If he's well past puberty, which seems a definite, he's not going to be very prone to gyno unless he is using an androgenic substance. Most all cases of non-steroid induced (or natural) gyno begins during puberty. I say non-steroid induced because there are certain medications that can cause gyno. He does have some large areolas for sure, but that should be motivation for him to hit the gym hard to fill out that chest. Big nipples on an even bigger chest makes the nipples look smaller.

With just the pics and unable to get info on palpable lumps or nothing I can't say there's anything wrong there at all.
but a pic is a bad way to gauge gyno unless your ripped IMO.

I agree that there are not any "cosmetic" signs of gyno but, IMO. this guy may be prone to gyno. He should definitely be careful if he plans to cycle and an increase in muscle mass coupled with a decrease in BF will increase his satisfaction with his cosmetic appearance. (I'm skeptical that he doesn't actually have a little gyno but it's nothing to worry about.)

His nipples look a little big compared to the chest size. I agree with you. Doesn't look like gyno to me.
