Your likely going to get it, how bad depends on your genetics...

Benzoyl peroxide, its a cream you put on your skin. This is what i personally use... During cycle and after control your estro, this will play a big part on preventing/minimising it.

accurate is the only thing that REALLY works. but for me:
    salicylic acid 2%

also the doctor can prescribe a topical that is benzoyl peroxide mixed with an antibiotic.

If this is your first cycle, your body is going to need time to get used to the added Test in your body. Your sebaceous glands are going to PUMP out oil onto your skin. Your body's going to think it's a teenager again. You are going to get acne, that's a given. How much acne will depend on several things. 1) Maintain personal cleanliness. Shower or wash with anti-acne at least twice a day. Walmart has a cheap wash based on salicylic acid. Walmart used to sell a benzyl peroxide based soap but no longer. Now it's sold through Walgreen. What ever you use, keep yourself clean. 2) use a soft exfoliating cloth and use it to wash your body. Scrub your acne area softly so you don't damage your skin. 3) After your showers, washes, with the anti-acne cleanser, slather on Aloe Vera onto your skin. It will keep it from drying out and help with the acne. 4) Accutane is an effective anti-acne medication but it is very liver hepatic. Not good for you so I would only consider Accutane as a last resort.

Pores can start to clog and pimples can start to form WAYY (weeks) before symptoms are noticeable. Why risk it? Low dose is easy on the liver.
