taking anavar pill a couple times a week before workouts???
What do you think of taking a 25mg anavar pill an hour before a workout to get boost?A friend and i have been doing it for two years and it definitely gives you a boost.We believe it does not shut down your testosterone because we only do it a few times a week? Any thoughts???

It's a ,poor choice as a pre workout. A 200mg caffeine pill will give you more of a boost without the ris of suppression of your naturally testosterone levels .

Not trying to be weird or anything... but being realistic about this... I reckon you'll get a much greater boost from applying nipple clamps before your workout. That pain will drive you to lift faster and lift heavier. You could also watch torture videos on LiveLeak on your walk to the gym (which again will make you lift faster and heavier).

25mg every damn day won't do jack shit, let alone every 72 hours.
To explain this slightly technically, you need to keep constant levels of a hormone in your body for them to do anything the half life of anavar is 9 hours so you're getting nothing but slight suppression actually doing more harm than good it's all in your head brother

Only ran dbol twice, took it daily as a pre workout. Fun times and not the worst starting point in my opinion.
I have not used it in some time as I've found other compounds I prefer but I do have some on hand in case I want to blow up fast LOL

Dbol is a whole different animal though. Anavar would be a waste if used only as a preworkout. Dbol is great for that use, as long as you're on test. That's how I use dbol when I do use it.
