Any idea if a 6 week heavy blast is worth it? Some like to take their cycles past 8-12 weeks but I'm trying to go all out for a few week's and then back down to 200mg..

It absolutley is! That's how I do it. I even run blasts as short as 4 weeks. I don't recommend you using long ester compounds, only shorts.

How often to you run these short blast? I've been thinking about doing the same thing.
I run them here and there with no rhyme or reason. I used to blast for 6-8 weeks and take 4 weeks off. It really was not needed, but I wanted to try as much stuff as I could and see how I reacted to it. Nowadays I usually go on blast 2 times a year. Usually one starting in October and another in April. My October cycle is usually my longest. But sometimes I'll throw 6 weeks of anavar in with just my trt and that be my only blast. 150mgs of test and 100mgs of anavar is a really fun little cycle for times when you just need a little push or break through a plateau. This year I've only done 1 blast and it was short and very very mild. Where I used to use stupidly high doses of whatever, now I do really low doses and I feel better, I get just as good results, and my bloodwork is almost always good and consistent.
