Clen user, first Anavar cycle

Hello, I'm 20 y/o with 1.73mts, 68Kg and 13% bodyfat. I had my first 40-140-40 oral Clenbuterol cycle a few weeks ago and monday I'll start the next one.
I will aim for a 2-3Kg surplus and a 11-12% of bodyfat.

I'm planning to start an Oxandroland-5 oral cycle within the next few weeks and I have some questions on it.

I've read the impact Oxandrolone has on testosterone is quite mild but it does lower testosterone, does this mean PCT is not necessary?
Also, one of the things that has come to my mind is whether I need to stack Anavar with testosterone or not.
Some people told me to have 60mg ED for 6 weeks. Some have told me not to consume over 40mg daily. Is there a way to know how much my body can/should take? How will I know when to stop?

I consider these questions quite important for I will not take steroids lightly, so I would really like to gather the appropriate information before I start this cycle.
Also, are there any other complications on the Anavar &Clenbuterol stack that I should know of?

I want to lean bulk. Big and ripped. Will aim for a 2-3Kg surplus and a 11-12% of bodyfat.

Anavar is suppresive and at a high enough dose will shut you down.
You will not put on 3.3kg of muscle while losing .73kg of fat from Anavar only.
You are way too young.

Not only are you too young, but you can't bulk and cut at the same time

If I can keep at the pace I'm going, I'll probably be 12% bf a few weeks after my second Clen cycle has finished.

Would you suggest to start bulking after I finish cutting, then? If so, how long should I wait?

I'm using clean that shit is eating me up...it's great..making my hands shake a lil but doable..take mine first thing in a.m. So I'm ready to sleep at night

So you're wanting to add muscle and lose fat? If that's you in your avi, you need food, not anabolics. I'm telling you the truth buddy. You're truly risking a lot for a little. Anavar , even though considered mild, is a powerful anabolic that will suppress your natural testosterone levels . You have a very thin frame for adding steroids which can also lead to serious injury. Anavar is also a very poor choice for adding mass. Have you considered creatine? Its a better choice for you to begin with and 6lbs is a reality. Muscles get fuller for sure.
