Constipated from Test??? Anyone? Anyone?
Since I've been in cycle I've noticed a little bit of constipation... diet is good and fiber is good.
Just curious if anybody had experienced this. Is this common?

Doubt it's the test.
But who knows, some react strangely.
Most likely something in your diet. Maybe food allergy.
If you train often that in itself should be a remedy.
Do some sit-ups in the morning too.

maybe your not drinking enough water?...for me if I stay hydrated everything flows better internally...if I get dehydrated then I get constipated sometimes...just a thought...

I would say bump up your water intake, especially if your protein intake and fiber consumption are good.
Not saying it isn't somehow related to your test, but. I've never had that issue unless I was eating a lot of protein w/o sufficient water and fiber.
Generally w/ sufficient fiber and water, motility takes care of itself.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I take 10 grams fiber supp every night before bed wake up do cardio on empty stomach and drink 32 oz lemon juice and water try that one day if your still constipated go see a doc..I love it I start all my days feeling great and my stomach doesn't get distended till the end of the night after a days worth of food..

I echo the water comments. Additionally, if you are taking a fiber supplement if it has psyllium husk or bulking agent it can be constipating without enough water. Urine should be very light yellow if you are hydrated top end. Caffeine obviously makes water intake that much more important. And red meat will be constipating.
I have never had that problem with test. Keto diet causes things to change but I have taken ground psyllium husk (1-2 tablespoons in water) every night for years. It prevents constipation (with adequate water intake during the day), lowers blood sugar a tad and binds to bad fats so helps with LDL a small amount also.
Agree with the food sensitivity comment above also - gluten intolerance can cause constipation as well, not always loose stools.

Maybe you need to get a referral from your PCP for a GI specialist. Common sense would indicate its a result of increased substance intake and your not used to it.
Test has NO affect on your bowl movements.
