Training and lifting for 11 years ready to take the next step

Hey everybody. I'm 28 5'11" 200 lbs lift 4-6 days a week (2-3 days full body) cardio at least 3 times a week if not more. I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, swim, run, sports, all the fun stuff. 10 to 13% body fat diet is very healthy +/- 45% protein 30 fat 25 carb. What's a good first time cycle? I don't want to mass up like crazy, athletic ability is important to me. I'm thinking, from research, anavar 50mg ed and primo or bar and winny, stacked with 200 test e twice weekly so 400 total test per week. Please excuse my ignorance. Don't clown on me too bad of what I'm saying is completely ridiculous. My goal is to increase athletic performance, strength speed endurance, with the least risk. I know risk and sides is unavoidable but the more I can prepare, the better. Please help a brotha out

Read over that. Regardless of how much experience you have in training, first cycles should remain the same. The reasons are in the thread provided. What are your goals? You should have a decent build with your stats.

When I was into BJJ and MMA I did really well with low dose test (when I ran test) at 250-400mg per week. A lot of guys would do winny on top because of how good a compound it is. But if joint pain is an issue, I found that could cause me to be a bit more achy.

What do you guys think about a low dose of NPP on top of his low dose Test. Not on his first cycle though but perhaps a few cycles down the road. Seems it would do wonders for the joints

There is pros and cons. I've never gotten enough joint relief from nandrolone to justify using it for that reason. I've done it and still do from time to time. But that's only an excuse to run it, lol. He'd get more relief from an anti inflammatory and an aleve to be honest.
