Estrogen ranges without bloodwork

In this post I'm talking about E2 (Estradiol) because it's 10 times more potent than E1, and 100 times more potent than E3.

If you were to have your E2 measured off-cycle, and then have it measured on-cycle without an AI, and then have it measured on-cycle with an AI, you'd probably be able to pinpoint the perfect dose of your favourite AI (you might come out with something like 0.3mg Arimidex EOD).

Without getting bloodwork done, I want to try put together a guide on AI doses. I'll use an example cycle of Testosterone Enanthate 500mg/wk with Arimidex as AI. (I've heard good things about Aromasin but it's just too expensive. Arimidex seems to be the honey badger if you take cost into consideration).

0.25mg EOD - Seems to be the universal dose to nicely lower your estrogen

0.25mg ED - Seems to cause estrogen crash in most people

Could people please tell me how they dose their Arimidex?
