Currently running 300 test E and 350 tren A a week. I pin test Wednesdays and Sunday. (meaning I pinned today) I leave for my trip on Thursday morning ( I can pin before my flight) and i return Tuesday evening. Should I just up my dosage from Monday-Thursday morning to make up for the days I don't pin?
I wouldn't, just get back on schedule Tuesday upon your return. Then switch to Tuesday/Saturday. Acetate however, I typically recommend every other day or daily injections.

You're gone for 4 days, so you're basically 'missing' two Tren pins.
Just pin before take off and when you arrive.
Will you be working out during the trip? If not, why worry about the tren levels. There is no front-loading or anything needed with Tren.
