    Ended PCT, feeling very weak....

Wrapped up pct last Wednesday, and felt ok all the way through, strength has decreased somewhat, haven't lost alot of size, but have dropped 10lbs.Took the weekend off and hit the gym yesterday and today and have no energy, felt weak and completely exhausted by the end. Chest feels tight and out of breathe. I also broke up with my girlfriend this past weekend and not taking that so well so not sure if it's coincidence or if somethings up with me.

This was my third cycle, did a beginners cycle and followed the protocol to a T.

    Anyone experience this?

500mg test per week and added 75mg of anavar Ed from week 6-12. Took .25mg arimidex Ed and 250iu every 3 days throughout. Week 12-14 dropped the hcg and continued armidex. Week 14-18 dropped arimidex and started pct Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20 and ended last Wednesday.

I'd pull blood work, you're supposed to wait 6weeks but I'd go ahead if I figured something was wrong, might have some fake pct I don't know. I'd see where. Y hormones were setting.

A lot of times the pct meds give you a bit of "kick" and they transition your body into producing its own testosterone . They help boost you, but your body still has a lot of work to do on its own. Don't lose hope. This is a natural occurrence. As Cuz said, get bloodwork.

Also keep in mind that you're not supposed to be at 100% at the end of pct. Pct prompts your body to start functioning again.

OK thanks man, will give it more time. When I started pct I actually felt kind of bla, libido wasn't there, no morning boners etc... But that came back at least. But a but disappointing that I'm slowly losing what I gained on cycle. I

Stepped on the scale again this morning and now down to 200lbs...... I weighed in at 215lbs. on week 12 of my cycle

    Wtf???

God yes. Look up polycythemia. Blood gets thick (hematocrit) and can cause serious issues if left unchecked. Picture blood flowing like a slurpee instead of water. Too thick can actually be fatal. Think blood clots, heart attack, etc. It's why we check CBC's (among other things) pre cycle and mid cycle and donate if/when necessary. Probably always a good practice to simply donate prior to your cycle and again 8 weeks later. It's good for you and good for society. Just have to be careful how you answer some of their questions. They'll be obvious to you.

Your pct is from the same lab as your injectable came from, or a company that is clandestine.

There is a high probability that your pct is under dosed or blank. Or your just not adjusted well to the flux of hormones

Well, weakness, chest tightness and out of breath could be. It's really hard to tell without BW but if you've been on cycle, have never given blood odds are your RBC's, Hemo and Hema are elevated and you'd benefit from donating blood. If mine gets thick I can feel a difference almost immediately upon donating. Like I can breath easier.

A Double Red Cell donation will lower hematocrit about twice as much as a whole blood donation, FYI.

Ya my PCT was the same brand as the test, as well as the armidex.

Something that came to mind is I started seeing a hormone Dr last week and got me on a high doses of vitamin D as it apparently stabilizes your hormonal system and also got me on iodine. I have hypothyroidism and everythings in check since my bloodwork 2 weeks ago, I've been taking synthroid for this for a number of years now.

Since the ending of pct and the added vitamin d and iodine, I started looking up side effects of that as well. Vitamin D is apparently has some weight loss beenfuts, but iodine apparently can have the reverse affects hypothyroidism to hyperthyroidism which causes weigh loss..... Im wondering If this has anything to do with this...

When I stopped my last pin till pct my weight went from 215 to 207 as of last week, when I stepped on the scale as of this morning my weight was at 202!

Could the vitamin d combined with iodine make me lose 5lbs in 1 week? I don't look like I've lost much fat, but muscle mass has decreased...

Highly doubtful it's D (a hormone) and iodine. Vit D is one of the most important supps a person can take.
The perils of pct. It sucks. Just keep pounding in food and training hard.

Talked to the Dr and said lay off the iodine for now, could be complicating things. Ya just going to keep my calories up and keep pushing forward, nothing I can do now till I get my tests back, and more time.

    Thanks!
