So I finished out my cycle and my estradiol was a bit too high, so this is post PCT I took some arimidex (a bit too much) now that im off the gear my estradiol is too low...
Its at a 5.5 range is 8-35
Since im already off should I just do a couple doses of HCG to get it back up in range?
Are you feeling sides from the estrogen level? If your joints are not hurting like the dickens let it be.... it will correct on its own.

A bit too high is better than a bit too low in my opinion. Your best bet would have been to let it self correct. That's what you should do now as well. If you just "have" to do something, pop a birth control pill. Not advised, but it will raise it. But you're delaying the inevitable in doing so.
do no drugs.
eat healthy.
lift weights.
stop over thinking everything.
What you really need to do is to check total and free Testosterone levels with fsh and LH if your hpta is working correctly your estradiol will rise naturally and being that you have high body fat Testosterone will aromatise greater.Quote:
