    Bulking cycle diet.Opinions?

    Ill start a bulk cycle in 2 months.14 weeks 600mg test e , 12 weeks 400mg deca , 1-6 dbol 40mg.



    For the diet im thinkg to do a high protein-carbs diet like 40%carbs 40%prot 20%fats.

    500kcal surplus first month to my bmr , adding 300kcal month to month.



    What do you guys think.?

    Sounds similar to the one I started yesterday.

    What's your cycle history, age, and bodyfat (approx)?

    I would not add 300 calories month to month. You are going to increase your bodyfat too much..

    Agreed. I'm doing just a 10% increase myself, which is 300 calories. Now, If gains and weight don't increase over a 7-10 day period, then I increase marginally.

    wash rinse repeat.

    ok.. so how much kcal surplus in the second month? If i gain weight my bmr is not exactly the same so maybe 200kcal ?

    Why not just focus soley on the diet and not learn your macros while "on". Diet being 90% of everything hasn't been preached for decades for nothing. At your age, learning to diet correctly will only help you later on down the road when you do decide to cycle. If you don't know exactly what you should be doing (diet wise) now, think of how good the cycle would be if you had it spot on, down to an exact science. Learn the elementary aspects before you use steroids , that way when you do use them you'll not be second guessing and getting the very best from your cycle.
