2nd cycle --- 1st blast and Cruise
Hi first post, ran my first cycle 600mg test e a week (12 weeks) with Post Cycle Therapy : (Begins three weeks after last injection) 100/100/50/50 of Clomid 40/40/20/20 of nolvadex . Gained about 3.5kilos my diet was not as good as it should of been but happy with the results.
Now want to go my 2nd cycle but this time a blast and cruise
600mg test e 400mg deca a week for 10 weeks
300mg test e for 4 weeks
repeat the same cycle
Then the same pct as my first cycle 100/100/50/50 of Clomid 40/40/20/20 of nolvadex 3 weeks after last pin
Also armidex 0.5 Tuesday Thursday Saturday
The Questions I have are
1. Is that pct okay for that cycle
2. Is it worth just doing two blasts
3. Am I missing and thing
(Ps I know I need to do a lot more research and 600mg was a bit of a high dose for my first cycle but be kind)

Theres no need for deca in a 2nd cycle. And theres totally no reason to blast and cruise. Your setting yourself up for trt too soon. How old are you? Your better off just doing another regular test cycle and working on your diet.

Hi Thanks for the reply just thought I would be wasting my time doing two cycles when I can blast and cruise 2 joined together and keep more muscle mass.

I agree that you are setting yourself for TRT for the rest of your life. Time on cycle + pct= time off.
Its nly your second cycle. Just test at 500 mg. as stated above you need HCG and an AI. You will make alot of gains with this.

Alright thanks man think I will just stick to the test e, one more question would the deca have a negative effect if I Added it in or not make to much of a difference?

I would abandon the idea of blast and cruise this early in the game for you. If you're not competing, or not on testosterone replacement therapy, there is no need in putting that much risk on your health. If you were stepping on stage at some point, it would be a little different story. But for us gym rats, there is no need because the risk to reward ratio is just too high. Patience is the greatest discipline to have in bodybuilding.

Not a good idea OP. Blast and cruise is for someone who never plans to come off, and the cruise would be 100-150 mg a week. Yes you could do what you have planned but you're gonna have a helluva time trying to recover from that long a cycle especial deca . From what I've read you don't reach decas potential until after 10 weeks so why stop at 10 weeks?
