I see a number of issues. I believe that you are over 15% bf. I do not recommend cycling over 15% bf.
There is no magical AAS for weight loss. You need diet and cardio not AAS.
Dbol adds water weight,- not recommended for weight loss.
I do not recommend cycling without a test base

Cycling with high body fat will make it a lot easier for things to aromitize into stuff you don't want. Get on a healthy diet and stay natural until you're able to get to around 15%. Everything will work better.

If you're asking how to stack all those items then you need to re-educate yourself for your own long term health. First, imho would be to get full blood work so you can establish baselines. There's an example of BW to obtain in the HRT Forums "Finding A Doc" sticky thread. You may find that you are already a candidate for TRT. If so, that by itself can make a world of difference.

In the mean time, read the Successful first Cycle thread at the top of this forum as a refresher. Always a good read for guys who've been out of the game for a while.

I made the mistake of running a cycle when trying to get back into shape prior to losing a "few extra pounds." Total waste of a cycle and though mild, side effects for absolutely no gain. If I were a beef cow maybe. I just got a little fatter and lost all my gains when I dialed in with a diet. I was already on TRT as kelkel mentioned, so after the initial stupidity I took a year and dialed in the diet - keto worked best for me, dropped 40 lbs and then cycled. I would personally recommend doing a cycle of patience with diet/cardio and establishing a routine. Just my .02

Was just reading about keto diet not being good for diabetics and I am diabetic.i used to do a diet gradually lowering carbs,Monday was 200 g ,Tuesday was 100 g Wednesday was 25 g and then start over Thursday through Saturday and Sunday was a carb reload day.i was lifting 6 days a week and cardio every day at the time.im a little bummed cause the keto diet sounds great, but not worth dying over.any thoughts on a good diet to ramp up fat burning?thanks

Bronko- losing weight is a simple principle (expend more calories than you take in). I would give advice however I am not familiar with diabetic needs Just keep eating clean and cardio will provide results
There is a diet section where these guys are diet gurus that can give you some excellent advice.

To the contrary, the keto diet is great for diabetics. I was prediabetic at worst point in my health and on keto I can eat a full meal (one of 5 or 6 portioned for the day) and have a finger stick glucose of less than 90. It runs an average of 60-70 during the day and no, I don't get hypoglycemic.

I did nonfasting labs after a workout and protein shake on keto and blood glucose was 93, again, below the mark of 100 for FASTING.

The exception is if you have any kind of kidney disease from the diabetes.

If you are on a lot of meds you can end up switching pretty quickly as well on this diet, so it may take some gradual initiation (which I find difficult, not easy for me to taper carbs, I need the cold turkey approach but some don't), but if you are on all orals and keep an eye on it, kidneys are good to go, you should be in good shape. But again, consult with a knowledgeable physician.

You won't find a lot of studies on it because there is not a drug involved and hence no money to be made from the study, so in the US we won't study it. Look for european studies, however.

Another option is the Mediterranean diet.

    Good luck!
