dbol
what is your guys' best experience with dbol ? Currently I have 50 20mg dbol may get a few more, who knows. Never ran this stuff before so what is the desired dosage? I've read 30-40 is a good starter dosage, I was gonna just do 1 in the am and 1 preworkout.. do you cycle them 5 on 2 off, take them on non workout days? help me out guys.. thanks and no this isnt a dbol only cycle!

Dbol bloats me and kills my appetite, other than that they're fun! 40mg a day is plenty for me. I've also used them for pre workout only, with good results

I have taken 40mg/day. I have had great results. I did not see too much water retention. I have only used it as a jump start for long esthers.

Are you guys taking all 4 pills at once when you take 40mg or do you space them out throughout the day? quitarzan mentioned using as a pre-workout?

I've ran dbol twice
It is great to put on some weight fast but will be mostly water
I ran 20mg every day for 4 weeks,and 20mg x2 everyday for 4 weeks and didn't really notice a difference between the two dosages, both times I had decent results.
Again, for most people, including myself the gains are mostly water weight

Man I started with 20 mg a day when I was younger (46 now) and had great gains in size and strength.never higher than 40 mg a day.always took 1 dose 1.5 hours to 2 hours before workout as it was active in my system when I went to lift.

So for those of you who have taken it, is 20mg a waste? Maybe just take 20 mg on the weekends when I take off? How's that?
