What are the pro's and cons of switching from Adex to Aromasin?

How would one dose Aromasin if they were taking Adex .5mg M/W/F?

I have both but I use aromasin 12.5 twice a week...ive had no issues as of yet...

Aromasin needs to be run ED due to its very short half-life.
Arimidex can be run E3D.

Adex .5mg M/W/F is a pretty high dose for 500mg of test.
.25mg E3D is recommended.
or...
12.5mg of Aromasin ED.

BUT...
blood work is the only real way to confirm YOUR proper dose

I'm still not sure on that. In my search I have found multiple sources saying it does raise IGF-1 and others that say it has no affect on it.

I also heard Adex/Anastrozole lowers IGF-1 by up to 18 percent. I was hoping someone here on the forum could confirm/deny this. I am very curious about both

I actually have to use .5 MWF Anastrozole on 200mg of Cyp for TRT to keep my E2 in the mid to upper 20s. I am not extremely lean but I am well below 20 percent body fat. I am just one of those unlucky people that converts a lot of E2 for some reason.

Both are excellent AI's. You cant go wrong with either. You may just need to adjust dosages accordingly.
