is my TSH low?
got bloodwork done.
my value was 1.12 mlU/L
the standard range they gave me was 0.40-4.50 mlU/L

I wouldn't be worried but....
if you are really concerned then you need a full thyroid panel run
ex. rt3, rt4, t3, t4 and TPO

There is also subclinical hypothyroidism where your levels fall within range but you active thyroid hormone is low enough to cause mild symptoms.
It's kind of funny, as an aside, that age management docs pay huge attention to this and often prescribe Armour (mix of T3/T4) so the patient will feel good (normal) but they are deficient on their knowledge of administration of testosterone and AIs...
